 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Monitoring->Problems or Dashboard with Problems widget.
  2. Have a problem with many actions and long messages.
  3. Click on actions icon.

Result: Actions hintbox opens but adds horizontal scrollbar. Also on small screen it glues to page borders.
Expected:

  • Actions hintbox should stay within page horizontally. (add max-width, calculate where it appears)
  • There should be margins from top, left and probably right sides of page.
