Hi zabbix,
I have a Zabbix version 3.4 and recently I have an error which shows that ' Zabbix Server is Running - NO ' in the dashboard. Tried to restart the zabbix server and it shows that shutting down server - failed, starting zabbix server - OK. Still the service is not working.

From the frontend dashboard, seems that it is showing that the server has too many queue that Zabbix cannot process them all and make the Zabbix-server service stopped.
