Hi i am using packet loss widget. I am using it setup as TopN, Aggregation function is set to Avg. Aggregation interval is set to 15min. Like i said the the issue is that the widget displays down devices with 100% packet loss instead of displaying up to some threshold that i could set. At 100% packet loss it's not packet loss anymore it's down completely. We have a very big setup and i can have on average 150 devices down at any one time which makes the widget useless, but when most devices are up than it works great. The main thing here, is there a way to exclude any device with 100% packet loss from the widget? If not than i see it as a bug since 100% packet loss is effectively device that is down and there are already events and triggers for down devices so there is no need to show them in packet loss widget at the same time. Hi Ognjen. The ICMP loss item that you are using as the metric to order the column will appear as 100% when the device is Down, so that's the expected behavior for that item and widget. If you feel like it, you can open a Change request ticket and give suggestions for what you expect to achieve. With that said, we are closing this ticket. |
