Unable to get trigger events notification in MS TEAMS via zabbix webhook url but testing the media works fine, I had followed every step that were given on the website, the

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Setup MS Teams web hook
  2. Setup webhook connected from teams with zabbix media
  3. Assign media to user that has access to all host
  4. Test the ms teams media via zabbix, it works and sends a message to teams
  5. For testing the ms teams media I had to change to event source to 1 for the test to work but actually its same as before
  6. use_default_message is set to false

When trigger happens I should the get the event notification in MS TEAMS

I also tested with use_default_message set to true, same case

After further investigation and testing, this seems like a user configuration error, which is not suitable for this bug tracker project. To receive technical support, please look at available support packages in our website.
