Environment:

Ubuntu server 20.04. Zabbix 6.4 installed from package. Asterisk 19.8 / FreePBX.

 Description

This template was working in previous versions of Zabbix, like 6.2 for years with no problems.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Upgrade Zabbix from 6.2 to 6.4
  2. Reinstall Asterisk by HTTP template, version 6.4
  3. Wait about 24 hours

Result:
The template works perfectly at first.  By the next day it has failed and returns the following error from get_stats:

533293:20230317:085559.857 item "myasteriskserver:asterisk.get_stats" became not supported: Preprocessing failed for: HTTP/1.1 200 OK..Server: Asterisk/19.8.0..Date: Fri, 17 Mar 2023 12:55:59 GMT..Cache-Control: no-...
1. Failed: Error: log exceeds the maximum size of 8388608 bytes.

Zabbix never recovers.  I have to restart the Zabbix server to get it going again.

I have tried increasing the logging to level 4 but this was not practical.  The log size grew to 12 Gigs in a few hours and Zabbix became unstable.

Expected:
Zabbix continues to work indefinitely.
