Steps to reproduce: Unknown, seems to be random. 

Result:
     Zabbix passive checks not responding after a random times "Get value from agent failed: ZBX_TCP_READ() timed out". The active checks continue working fine and the passive checks never come back online. FileVersion: 6.4.1.546e284fd7c

I feel that it is a BUG as all Linux machines have no issues and it's random machines at random times in the same facility. I have checked and double-checked my network and can not find any problems.

After upgrade to 6.4.1 have similar problem.
Agent works well, but sometimes some random hosts have no data from agent.ping item, then in ~40 minutes works well again.
Check interval is 5 minutes.
