dnf install zabbix-server-mysql zabbix-web-mysql zabbix-apache-conf zabbix-sql-scripts zabbix-selinux-policy zabbix-agent

Hi Mujahid,

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce the error. I just checked on a fresh CentOS 8 Stream - all components installed successfully. 
Judging by the log - there are some problems with local mirrors when trying to install httpd.
You can try to install the package manually, or change the repository settings to use other mirrors.
