 Description   

Need to clone some Templates and getting an error message.

Same thing happens for the "Cisco IOS by SNMP" but a bit different:
Invalid parameter "/3/delay": value must be 0. **

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go To Templates
  2. Open "Generic by SNMP "
  3. Click on "Full clone"
  4. Define new name
  5. Click "Add"

Result:

Cannot add template
Invalid parameter "/12/delay": value must be 0. .......

Expected:
A new template with same Items and Triggers same as "Generic by SNMP"

Full Clone for "ICMP Ping" works for instance.

Full Clone for "Dell iDRAC SNMP" results in same issue:
Cannot add template
Invalid parameter "/9/delay": value must be 0.

Just imported the latest template for Supermicro Aten by SNMP, and wanted to clone it to adapt for another device, and full clone also fails with "Invalid parameter "/5/delay": value must be 0."

I just noticed, repeated imports without any changes to the template loaded into Zabbix produces one change that is always the same:

I had the same problem with full cloning the "template_net_brocade_fc_sw_snmp".
I solved it by deleting the "SNMP traps (fallback)" item, then I managed to clone the template

Please check with 6.4.10 due to the ZBX-23568, import should work.
