Using the Veeam Backup and Replication template with a read-only user results in a "403 Forbidden" from the "/api/v1/services" endpoint. The endpoint is fetched but not used by the template. Patching the template by removing the endpoint fixes the issue. Steps to reproduce:

We have exactly same problem... 403 Forbidden, console access works for our RO user. |
