 Description   

Hello, I have lot of hosts monitored via SNMP by proxy. In UI SNMP availability marked green and item zabbix[host,snmp,available] returns value: available (1)

But all SNMP items is not having data, also when I'm try to check SNMP from proxy host I get error:

# snmpwalk -v 2c -c public host
Timeout: No Response from host

Seems there a some bug occurred.

Hi,
Please confirm that it is really 6.4.3 version and SNMP version used to monitor these hosts (v2c?)

In this case please provide from proxy:
tcpdump that contains at least several item collection retries (you can use "Execute now") and a snmpget\snmpwalk try
proxy log file that contains at least same time window that is in the dump
Host name and IP address of "problem" host

I'm don't understand for what this information? Simple snmpwalk says about timeout, what method is using by Zabbix?

Also: host names and IP addresses is restricted information whcich is I can't provide here! Tcpdump is too very restricted. Sorry.

Could you please be so kind to increase log level and attach log after execute now ? It's possible that some errors are not treated as unavailable, for example if received some kind of response, also are affected items marked as unsupported ?

Hello, same problem is for IPMI checks:

But ipmi.get item returns "cannot connect to IPMI host: [16777411] Unknown error 16777411".

Log level increased to debug and check executed for host MSK-DPRO-ESX020. Log :zabbix_proxy.log.tar.gz

Could not reproduce the issue, please provide more information, also got timeout on Zabbix server

What is more information you need? Debug logs in attach, screens also. If you don't want to investigate this issue then say about this!

I am sorry but it's not clear from the log. Could you please describe the issue ? For example trying to collect item (screenshot of item) with interface (screenshot of interface) and get following result (screenshot of result).
