Description

After the addition of configurable timeouts per item in ~~ZBXNEXT-1096~~ now it's impossible to test internal Zabbix items.

Steps to reproduce:

Install Zabbix 7.0 from latest sources (master branch or 7.0.0alpha5 archive), start the server.
Go to default "Zabbix server" host and try to test any internal item.

Result:
An "Unsupported timeout value" error is shown.

Expected:
Retrieving data.

Not fixed in 7.0.1.

Problem still present. Zabbix v 7.0.2.
