 Description   

Zabbix server periodically reads interfaces from database and if it differs from cached one then it is updated in cache and host revision is updated, this causes host to be resent to Zabbix proxy.

Expected:
Zabbix server must not update dynamic interface data from database as it is already updated in cache directly when received from Zabbix proxy thus there is race condition currently.
