Description

Steps to reproduce:
1) Create Discovery rule.
2) Navigate to preprocessing tab.
3) Add preprocessing step and press - test (preprocessing step).
4) In appeared test form, we can see enabled Value field.

5) Check-in and then check-out "Get value from host" parameter.

Result:

Value field disabled, can't write any values.

Expected:
Value fileld enabled and we can add any value.

Cannot reproduce in the latest master (7.0.0beta1). This problem was fixed as a part of ~~ZBX-23696~~.
