Please describe the issue with more technical details.

1、I install the zabbix_agent for windows server

2、i configure the new host item for the zabbix server

3、After waiting for a few minutes, the  "ZBX" still gray。

4、server log say 

The server telnet agent 10050 port is open，is connected 。

5、agent log say

The agent telnet or ping server 10.0.1.21 is open 。

6、after 1 hours ,still the same error log。the "ZBX" still gray。

Show output of this SQL:

SELECT
    trigger_schema,
    trigger_name,
    event_manipulation,
    action_statement
FROM information_schema.triggers;

Also check if changelog is being updated when new host is added:

select * from changelog order by changelogid desc limit 10;

Looks like your database schema is broken and internal triggers are not added properly. Mostly this case is a duplicate of: ZBX-22948.
