 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Installing docker-compose
  2. sudo docker-compose -f ./docker-compose_v3_ubuntu_mysql_latest.yaml up -d
  3. localhost, 127.0.01 dont connect. checking status - web(probably frontend) container is unhealthy and i see the status of only 3 containers out of 4
  4. Checking web logs -

You cannot configure Zabbix Server image to use mysql by localhost or 127.0.0.1, read https://docs.docker.com/network/.
