 Description   

It seems that some places in the UI don't take into account when the user changes language and the labels/text become longer.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to user profile
  2. Change language to German/Ukrainian/Russian
  3. Check side menu section name "User settings"
  4. Check pie chart/graph widget labels

Result:
1. Side menu user settings

2. Pie chart widget labels

3. Graph widget labels

4. Refresh interval is fixed in graph widget (in other widgets is OK)

Expected result: add ... for long text or another solution to not break the layout
