Environment:

Running HPE MSA 2060 storage with 2x controllers on board. Monitoring of controllers via HTTPS/API using the template provided.

 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Follow guidance on adding MSA 2060 template
  2. After a couple of days the "Service is unavailable" trigger was start to appear with more occurances
  3. Management plan dies and requires a hard reset on users.

Hello,

Mentioned template uses only 1 item which get's data: 'HPE MSA: Get data', which has update interval 1 minute, all other items are using dependent items.

Please contact HPe support team for a hardware troubleshooting or firmware upgrade.

Closing as Won't fix.
