 Description   

Hello,

I download https://git.zabbix.com/projects/ZBX/repos/zabbix/browse/templates/net/fortinet/fortigate_snmp/template_net_fortigate_snmp.yaml?at=refs%2Fheads%2Frelease%2F7.0 and try to import ,to get presented there are missing parameters.
Error is "Invalid tag "/zabbix_export/templates/template(1)/items/item(13)/preprocessing/step(1)": the tag "parameters" is missing."

Already fixed as part of ZBX-23886.
