 Description   

According to Zabbix sources and traffic dump currently "walk[]" SNMP items do not use built-in to net-snmp library retries option (0 retries).

Please, add the -t option.

snmpcmd:

-t timeout
Specifies the timeout in seconds between retries. The default is 1. Floating point numbers can be used to specify fractions of seconds.
