This issue doesn't seem to be a bug in the product, but rather an incorrect configuration of the database or connection parameters. Here are detailed instructions on how to resolve it.

Additionally, we do not recommend installing version 6.4, as it no longer has full support, and limited support will end by the end of the year.

I've always had all the problems with Zabbix, whether it was an update or an installation, the latest being ZBXNEXT-9207. I'll keep that in mind for next time.
