Hi Andrew,

Thank you for reaching out. Couple of questions:

• What are the config of other items? Are the interval/schedules same in problematic and good items?
• Could you turn debug logs on the server/agent to 4 or 5 and capture the logs during the time when check is supposed to be executed? Maybe we will find the answer there.
• Is there any pattern between correctly working item checks and problematic ones? Or is that a constant number of items that do not work or it varies from time to time?
• Could you share your Zabbix server config? Especially, what is the value for StartPollers?
