Found a post on the forum:

It lists other versions of Zabbix, but the problem is similar. In fact time and date are drawn, but they are not displayed vertically, but horizontally. With a very strong magnification, this is the impression.

This is only true for the Ubuntu 24.04 image. The Zabbix version has nothing to do with it.

Updated php-fpm to 8.3. It didn't help.

The problem was using the ppa:ondrej/php repository. I removed it from the image and everything worked. I'm sorry. Task closed.
