 Description   

How to reproduce?

  1. Navigate to the Administration -> General -> Other
  2. Using keyboard, navigate to the help-Icon
  3. Press on Enter or Space button
  4. Observe tooltip position

Result: User getting unexpected tooltip position using 'Enter' and 'Space' key:

Expected: On 6.0 user is not able to 'click' on Icon using 'Space' key. With the Enter key he gets the next tooltip position.
