 Description   

There is no label data in map if we select "status only" as "Icon label type".
It seems no label data exists in MAP_LABEL_TYPE_STATUS case.
I made a patch for trunk revision r13661.

Oops.
"IP address" and "Element name" cases also needs status information.
I rewrote my patch.

Now amount of problems is shown.

Please merge the changes with 1.8branch.
