add "> (doublequote-greaterthan) to a screen name. this breaks screen dropdown in monitoring section.

Dev branch: ZBX-2844

Added HTML escaping of screen names in combox box output

Steps to test corrections:
1. Go to Configuration->Screens and create a screen with name containing HTML char, like ">"
2. Go to Monitoring->Screens and see if this name is displayed correctly in drop down
