Only refresh automatically in IE8.0 In other (FF 3.6, Opera 10.6, Chrome 4.0, Safari 5.31) does not work.

It can be easily confused (that above privacy for me and has happened).
I have spent much time yet to understand that there is-that made it to the real problem - the difference in browsers.
It is suggested that like to do something like this:
Rename the "Update interval (in sec)" to the "Default update interval (in sec)"
Rename the "Delay" to the "Individual delay"
Tabular form and unify - the notion of "Delay" <-> "Default update interval". !!!!
Where ever it should be noted that the interval of less than 5 seconds will be counted as 5 seconds.

I recommend to understand and unify the concepts, so that they conform to those used in the interface.
