disable acknowledges. ack column is still visible in dashboard popup for "last 20 issues" widget

Steps to test corrections:
1. Turn on acknowledges in Administration->General->GUI
2. Check if acknowledges are seen in popup when you hover "Issue" column in "Last 20 issues" in dashboard.
3. Turn of acknowledges in Administration->General->GUI
4. Check if acknowledges are seen in popup when you hover "Issue" column in "Last 20 issues" in dashboard.
