regarding point 2, i'm puzzled why is it ignored without a single comment 
rerally, the sentence "Check performance of service server." makes no sense (chewbacca defence, right :> ).
while reading these descriptions is hard enough already because of any formatting or enclosure lacking for placeholder eerfrences (like "ip", "service" etc), this particular description is unclear, makes no sense and seems to be plain wrong to me.
now what does "server" refer to ? there's no such placeholder, there's nothing fitting this name.
now, if we follow convention of other descriptions, it would make so much more sense as "Check performance of service service.", because there is such a placeholder actually.
of course, it would be better to have these descriptions either formatted or enclosing references, something like :
Check performance of service "service".

Changes were made in data.sql file which inserts data when you install Zabbix, so you can either reinstall Zabbix or truncate "help_items" table and Insert appropriate data from data.sql file manually.

see that line - it still has in two locations text "service server". all the locations should be changed (trunk, revision 6758)

I fixed these too, and added changes with another issue. Revision 6759 it is.

it goes both ways - while i expected whole string to be reviewed, it is always better if reporter is as specific as possible.
confirming the fix in trunk, revision 6760 - we can finally put this longstanding issue to the rest =)
