 Description   

in some cases, y axis scaling is incorrect - it cuts off the upper part of the data.
see attached screenshot. attached textfiles contain raw data that forms the graph.

this happens if the custom graph height is set to 100.

When setting the MIN axis value to fixed (0), it does work.

Happens when both left and right Y axis is used.

i tried to test this, but couldn't do it properly because of ZBX-3228

To reproduce, you can use data from history.sql (attachment)

Create a graph based on items with given history, where one of the lines is filled and you should get result like in screenshot in 1.8.
