 Description   

Regression, this used to work in 1.8.3. Perform GUI installation, in step 7 manually download and save configuration file to the specified location, click "Retry". The wizard keeps saying "Configuration file: Fail".

There is also a typo in the word "manualy".

this has not been set to resolved yet, but i assume it is supposed to be

1. wizard still doesn't like my existing config file - it complains :
Incorrect configuration file[/usr/local/apache2/htdocs/dev/ZBX-3216/conf/zabbix.conf.php]
the only thing that trips it seems to be underscores in database name (zabbix_1_8)

2. several error messages are missing space before square brackets :
"Incorrect configuration file["
"Missing configuration file["
and maybe some more

1. yes. if i change database name to "zabbix", frontend likes it, if it's "zabbix_1_8" - not at all.

problem was most likely caused by specifying a different db name in the wizard from the one found in the config file - error message improved to mention such a possibility.
please, review the new message & merge if ok
