 Description   

Map element popup does not work properly.

In map screen, the popup JavaScript code of the icon in back side is in front of the popup JavaScript code of the icon in front side.
So, if I lap over the icon to other icon, I can control only back side icon instead of front side icon.

For example, pic01-1.png and pic01-2.png are screen capture in zabbix-1.8.4 environment.
Blue point is clicked point.
Red square is linked host of the popup menu.
"10047" is "cloud" hostid and "10017" is "host" hostid.
But, you can see both of them are same URL for hostid 10047.

I think popup should work as pic02-1.png and pic02-2.png.
I'll attach workaround patch.

ZBX-3552.patch is a patch for avoiding this problem.

The patch is for Zabbix 1.8.4.
