Description

have an xml of a screen export for a screen that already exists.
configuration -> screens -> import.
observe that both checkboxes are marked, import the screen. expand the details :

Screen [screen_name] skipped - user rule

...and nobody tried it in 1.8. as reported at http://www.zabbix.com/forum/showthread.php?t=21938 - 1.8 is still broken.
reproducible in 1.8 branch rev 19601.
blocker for 1.8.6.
