After adding an image, it's impossible to delete it.

Note: The name is cleared when i click delete

happens with a non-english interface.

Fixed in ZBX-3825
Actual problem was the single quotes in confirmation message. That's why in some languages it worked.

Yes no problem if the GUI interface is in English but in French its doesn't work. How to fix it ?

Antoto, it has already been fixed by me in development branch "branches/dev/ZBX-3825". As soon as changes get reviewed and tested, they will be merged to main 1.8 branch and available in SVN.
