 Description   

1. Open "Monitoring -> Graph"
2. Open "Filter"
3. Click "fixed", to "Dynamic"
4. Refresh screen automatically
5. "Dynamic" is changed to "fix" automatically

It was decided that the "fixed/dynamic" setting will be saved in profile individualy for every page.

so this isn't about filter not working, but "dynamic/fixed" state not being saved ?
that was designed this way, thus not a bug but a feature request to change the behaviour.
