 Description   

While processing triggers ? history syncer generates a lot of SQL queries. At least one SQL query for one trigger function. It should be refined.

I can testing thise branch with 40k triggers and 1000k items. Needed?

this will be forward-ported for trunk as well, so you could see whether it improves things for you afterwards
