 Description   

Filter in 1.8.3 works nicely for the system status and host status screen, but the filters for problem display have no effect on the "last 20 issues".

If we set the problem display filter on the dashboard to "unacknowledged only", it'd be nice if the "last 20 issues" excluded the acknowledged issues.

I am not sure how you'd handle the "separated" problem display setting. Possible suggestions

  1. "two columns" - one table of ack'ed issues, and one table of unack'ed issues
  2. leave it the same as the "all" setting

oblikoamorale provided a patch to do the filtering, but I think it still depends on ZBX-3290.

Otherwise it may show too few results in error.

In Zabbix 2.0 is still the same problem. Defining the problem display as unacknowledged only, the filter is not applied on Last 20 issues. Any predictions on when it will be solved?

(1) Trigger acknowledgment status is defined by last event. When you acknowledge some problem trigger it appears (in "last 20 issues") as unacknowledged using older events, when dashboard filter has "unacknowledged only"
