 Description   

When exporting a host, following XML tags are always blank:

  • useip
  • dns
  • ip
  • port

XML export and import from and to 2.0 does not work at all in current trunk - it is a task that has not yet been done. Only import from 1.8 is supported.

There did not seem to be an issue about it already, so I am turning this report into an issue about XML export/import in general, not just hosts.

You say it's a duplicate of ZBX-3531, but that bug is marked as fixed for 1.9.7 (trunk), while the fields I described still do not work in 1.9.7.
By the way: Does "1.9.7 (trunk)" specify an SVN revision or just a branch? If the latter is true, maybe I have to install the newest revision of 1.9.7 again.

it's not marked as fixed - that's what state & resolution are for. it's kinda "would be nice to fix for 1.9.7", but when exactly will it be fixed - that's hard to say
