if opening top 100 report as guest, undefined index errors appear for each entry :

Undefined index: 10005 [report5.php:127]
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() [report5.php:127]

i think you both just want to leave this bug unfixed
the good thing was that i did find one problem with incremental patches, but that was just an incorrect fk name - not affecting this issue (or anything at all). other than that, schema is perfectly matching the one from trunk
