This issue is about all the warnings that are issued when upgrading the database from 1.8 to 2.0

In 2.0 we will be supporting 8.1 and above so we can use proper escaping syntax in constant strings in dbpatches:

(1) PostgreSQL 8.1 does not support an "IF EXISTS" option.

(2) Don't forget to update documentation.
