 Description   

create a web scenario, in the "required" field enter something like "Login name", add step, save and reopen scenario.
entity has been converted to space.

this was broken by ZBX-4506 in revision 24635

this might have affected other functionality as well - that should be verified.

trunk should be verified as well.

setting as a blocker as it breaks the web monitoring example in the virtual appliance

rev 26087 of the branch does preserve   in the 'required' field properly.
is this considered to be the proper fix or the quick hack ?

<pavels> It's a gray area ) It should fix HTML encoding in all inputs and textareas, but the solution is not very elegant. It's the best I could come up with, though.

Method addItem in CComboItem probably can be removed at all.
