 Description   

Have a host with linked template with triggers, try to update this host, all template triggers are updated, even though nothing changed on host.

Problem in frontend is fixed but it's hack for frontend only.
API methods host.massAdd, template.massAdd should support hosts and templates even if they already linked, i.e. problem is in template.link method, not in host.update.

(2) I've reverted the fix because it broke cross-template trigger dependencies (ZBX-4333). This has to be fixed differently.
