 Description   

open some log item history, add another item. notice how in the popup templates can be chosen.
in 1.8, template items are also visible and can be added. in trunk, items for templates are not displayed.
most likely, templates shouldn't be listed in the popup at all

hmm, i probably botched up my testing. those items can be added both in 1.8 and trunk

(1) Now the templates are missing from some of the pop-ups, where they should be present. I suggest you restore the lines you've deleted in popup.php and use the 'real_hosts' GET parameter instead.
