 Description   

Currently I am using zabbix 1.8.11
We genrally Acknowledge alert with the Incident number & comment.
I found very strange behavior of Triggers.
Triggers which are already Acknowledge for the alerts on zabbix frontend monitoring.
After some hours Acknowledgement of alert is vanish.
And again the alert will be flash as new alert on Zabbix console.
What will be the problem ?

that might be caused by unknown events - except that this was supposed to be fixed in 1.8.3 by ZBX-2360

2.0 completely redesigns triggers/events, so this shouldn't happen there at all.

Could you please send us screenshots with a list of events including the problematic ones?
