<richlv> as far as i understood, it only happened in some circumstances. i'd suggest describing what those are ("superadmins in single server setup" ? "zabbix admins in distributed setup" ?), and using that in the changelog entry to make the entry useful to users

(1) You've reverted the changes to the SQL query, that I made to fix ZBX-5108. The SQL worked correctly for non super admin users, so I suggest we add a separate query for super admin, that doesn't check any permissions.
