 Description   

The are several issues with the "Availability report" pages:
1. The host group select is not populated, seems to be broken by ZBX-5108;
2. As an improvement, the filter should display available host groups even if no templates or triggers are selected;
3. In the "by host" availability report, the "template group" and "template" filters should be called "host group" and "host" filters respectively.

(2) PHP error after returning to host list from the Show graph (pressing on Host link) in "By host" mode.
Argument 4 passed to get_report2_filter() must be an array, string given, called in /home/zabbix/www/testing-ZBX-5465/frontends/php/report2.php on line 219 and defined [include/reports.inc.php:33]
