Macro {HOST.NAME}does not work in external check params when host is monitored by proxy. It is empty. |

HOST.NAME expands when visible name does not filled, but {HOST.NAME} macro is visible name only! |

manual explicitly says that HOST.NAME is supported in "Item key's parameters" |

The problem is that we don't send the host.name server on a proxy. It a very simple fix. |

This fix affects only the server side. |
