Macro

{HOST.NAME}

does not work in external check params when host is monitored by proxy. It is empty.

macro works.

HOST.NAME expands when visible name does not filled, but

{HOST.NAME}

macro is visible name only!
Zabbix server expands this macro, but proxy does not.

manual explicitly says that HOST.NAME is supported in "Item key's parameters"

The problem is that we don't send the host.name server on a proxy. It a very simple fix.

This fix affects only the server side.
