 Description   

When you use only passive items and set the parameter:

      1. Option: StartTrappers
        #<----->Number of pre-forked instances of trappers.
        #
  2. Mandatory: no
  3. Range: 0-1000
  4. Default:
    StartTrappers=0

Zabbix will never listen on port 10051 and then front end will never know zabbix server is runing.
But server work correctly.

The simple solution is to have at least one Trapper active at system.

(1) let's add it also as a note in the server config file, it seems important enough

added the following to server config file :

Trappers accept incoming connections from Zabbix sender, active agents, active proxies and child nodes.
At least one trapper process must be running to display server availability in the frontend.

and the following to the proxy conf file :

Trappers accept incoming connections from Zabbix sender and active agents.
