 Description   

Multiple errors when open templated graph -> goto template graph -> add new graph item -> save.

Graph with name "CPU jumps" already exists. [CGraphGeneral.update -> CGraph.checkInput]

Undefined index: error [include/html.inc.php:579]
Undefined index: snmp_available [include/html.inc.php:584]
Undefined index: jmx_available [include/html.inc.php:584]
Undefined index: ipmi_available [include/html.inc.php:584]

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to configuration->graphs
2. select all/all in host/group filter
3. open templated graph
4. when add new item popup contain all items instead of items only from graph template.
