 Description   

On the Overview page (triggers selected) we can look tickmark if event is acknowledged.

Fronted uses the next function for getting last event:
get_last_event_by_triggerid

That function does not consider "unchanged values" events. So if Zabbix server will be restarted the tickmark will be missed.

(1) TRIGGER_VALUE_UNKNOWN constant instead of magic "2" should be used

(2) there is related problem, that if we open event acknowledge window from Monitoring > Overview .. clicking .. Problem Trigger > Menu > Acknowledge
We can acknowledge event which is not in value changed state (value_changed field in events table is not 1)
