 Description   

1. Create discovery rule
2. Enter "192.168.0.0/24, 192.168.1.0/24" in IP range field
3. Save
You'll got 'Incorrect IP range "192.168.0.0/24, 192.168.1.0/24".' error

"192.168.0.0/24,192.168.1.0/24" (without whitespace between subnets) there is no error.

Support for spaces in IP ranges in network discovery and action conditions is available in development branch svn://svn.zabbix.com/branches/dev/ZBX-5813 .
